My client has developed a unique team of fraud insolvency specialists. The team has members that are dedicated to the investigation of fraud and the tracing and recovery of assets in corporate and personal insolvency. In addition, the team includes computer forensic specialists who preserve, extract and analyse electronic data and media. The nature of the work means my client has highly developed skills and experience in dealing with obstructive directors and others in often litigious situations.
Main responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analysing financial and legal information to identify fraud and to trace undisclosed asset - Provide litigation support to maximize recoveries for creditors - Producing reports for Court, creditors and other regulatory bodies - Interviewing directors and employees - Administering case files and controlling case documentation - Recovering and reviewing documentation from solicitors, accountants and connected third parties - Inputting and analysis of information using analytical software - Liaising with solicitors, creditors and directors - Reviewing and analysing bank statements - Attending companies` premises to search for information - Supervising junior administrators

Qualifications * ACCA*ACA or relevant experience * Accounting - 2 years minimum * Insolvency - 2 years * Ability to review and analyse financial information * Analyse legal issues * Report Writing * Computer literate, especially data mining techniques, spreadsheets, databases and word processing
